Announcing Chris Crean of Peter Pan Bus Lines Joins GNEMA Board of Directors!

We are pleased to announce Chris Crean of Peter Pan Bus Lines has joined the Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association Board of Directors.

Due to a vacancy, and according to the Bylaws, the Board of Director members were asked to submit nominations for existing operator members. Chris was nominated, accepted and unanimously approved by the Board of Directors. Congratulations, Chris!

More About Chris:

Chris began his career with Peter Pan Bus Lines in 1989 as a part-time motor coach operator. In 1991, Chris was hired as the Assistant Director of Safety and then went on to be promoted to Director of Safety and then Vice President of Safety and Security. Chris has been with Peter Pan Bus Lines for 35 years. 

Chris is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts, a member, and past chairman of the American Bus Associations’ Bus Industry Safety Council (BISC), an associate member of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA), a Nationally Certified Director of Safety (CDS) thru the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI), and a certified OSHA Outreach trainer.

Chris has selected to serve on both the GNEMA's Legislative Committee and the Safety & Risk Management Committee.

Association President, Tim Stout, shared his thoughts on Chris joining the Board: "We are excited to add the expertise of Chris Crean to the leadership of Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association. His experience, knowledge, and forward-thinking are welcome assets to the current devoted group of Directors who serve on the Board.
